Arrow Machine Works Newly Acquired Extremely Large Capacity CNC Planer Mill (x852”) Maximizes Machining Capacity in the Pacific Northwest.

Portland, OR, USA, 01/15/14.  Semi Trucks are lining up at Arrow Machine Works delivering extremely large parts for sought-after Precision CNC Machining Services.  There are very few Machining Facilities in the area that can machine parts up to 71’ feet long (x852”) by 10’ feet wide (y120”).

“Very few Precision Machine Shops have equipment this large,” explained Alek Drakos, Vice President.

P1, the Large Ingersoll CNC Planer Mill has the capacity to produce extremely large parts, up to 71’ long (x852”).  The table is 34’ long, 10’ wide (y120”) and 10’ under the rail (z100”). 

This CNC Planer Mill can accurately machine sophisticated parts from various materials, including steel, aluminum and plastic. This specialty CNC machine is capable of making complicated parts for aerospace, gas, defense and other consumer goods.

Arrow Machine Works custom designed and built a crane with 35,000 ton capacity for use with the CNC Planer Mill. Projects are delivered on a flat bed semi truck and easily transferred to P1.
